Appraisal Clause

Appraisal Clause - Right To Appraisal (RTA)

The Appraisal Clause in an auto insurance policy grants the policyholder the right to request an independent appraisal of the loss if there is a disagreement on the value with the insurance carrier. If you and your insurer cannot agree on the claim amount, you have the option to engage an appraiser through this provision in your auto policy. This clause allows both you and the insurance carrier to hire independent appraisers. Most online appraisal firms specialize only in Total Loss “ACV” appraisal clause cases. However, the L2 Claims team is proficient in handling any case that involves loss disputes, including:

• Total Loss “ACV”
• Loss of Use
• Vehicle Repairs
• Diminished Value

Do not limit yourself to an appraiser specializing in just one area of Appraisal Clause claims. L2 Claims is recognized as a leading provider of Appraisal Clause Services across the United States. Our goal is to negotiate a fair settlement in these matters, regardless of the party we represent.

Our team will review all Appraisal Clause cases for the public at no cost. Please use the submission form to attach all supporting documents.

For Total Loss "Actual Cash Value" (ACV) and repair disputes, please submit the carrier's report for review along with any pertinent vehicle and claim information necessary for the appraiser assigned to your case. These documents can be sent directly via email to info@L2claims.com.
